ANALISIS USAHA PEMBUATAN IKAN ASIN DI DESA AIR BANGIS KECAMATAN SUNGAI BEREMAS KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sumber dan jumlah ikan segar yang digunakan, faktor produksi, tingkat efisiensi, nilai tambah, saluran pemasaran, asin didistribusikan ke lembaga pemasaran. Lokasi dilakukan di Desa Air Bangis. Populasi dalam pembuat berjumlah 66 orang, dengan menggunakan metode sensus dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan responden. pedagang pengumpul antar kota pengencer masing-masing 16 orang 13 snowball sampling. Metode analisis data digunakan segar, fungsi produksi bentuk Cobb-Douglas, efisiensi usaha, tambah hayami, deskriptif didistribusikan. Hasil menunjukkan 1) Sumber dibeli secara langsung nelayan sekali 14.772Kg/Pp jenis yaitu teri, kerong, kase, gulama, beledang. 2) Terdapat satu berpengaruh (Is). 3) R/C pada usaha pembuatan sebesar 1, bahwa efisien. 4) Usaha mampu menciptakan karena NT (15-40%). 5) 3 pemasaran asin. 6) Total I 157 Kg 67 Kg, II 48 III 15
